Four years later, Local has taken investment, added a great partner, hired 12 exceptional employees, and helped bring change to more than 10 Fortune 500 companies. 

We also decided to trademark what we do — a proprietary process we call Change Marketing™. The best bits from change management and consumer-grade marketing, mixed together, forming a potent solution to cure all your culture transformation challenges, from Diversity and Inclusion to employee engagement to digital transformation programs.

But with all the hustle of growing a business from the ground up, it isn’t always easy to spend the necessary time promoting ourselves. We needed to be clearer about who we are, what we do, how we do it, and why we are the only ones who can. So, after four years and countless change programs, we decided it was finally time to launch a proper website. And we are pretty proud of how it turned out.
